We ship to Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Alberta, Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan, PEI, British Columbia / BC , New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Labrador and other locations. The prices stated below are based only on the major cities. Higher shipping charges may apply to cities outside the major metropolitan areas.

Delivery process
01. Your table leaves our secure Edmundston, New Brunswick warehouse
We expedites all pool tables within 48-72 hours from the time you place your order, unless otherwise specified by your customer service representative (in the case of models that are out of stock, for example). Once your order has been processed in our database, you will be notified of all the steps taken (from processing, to preparing, to shipping) and you will be notified of the tracking number and contact information of the shipping carrier.

02. Transport Company Contacts You For Delivery
The transport company handling your merchandise will contact you directly to determine a delivery date once they have received the goods at their warehouse.

03. Delivery
In order to save you money, we need to ship your pool table with a freight carrier. These carriers do short and long-haul trips across Canada in large trucks. When arriving at your home, the table is transported in residential delivery trucks (approximately 20 – 30 feet) and each truck is equipped with a tailgate. The tailgate is like a forklift at the end of the truck that allows the driver to bring down the merchandise off the truck without any breaks or heavy lifting (we are talking about a pallet weight of approximately 1000 lbs!). The driver leaves the merchandise in your driveway or on the curb, as it is your responsibility to bring the items into the home.

Good to know : Average pallet dimensions for our 8 foot pool tables are: 87 x 40 x 45 inches; weight of 1,000 lbs.

The costs of returning the pool table to our warehouse will be at the customer's expense and the table requires to be returned in the original packaging
